Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) is incredibly effective in reducing symptoms from PTSD and anxiety and aids in pain management.

Laura is very knowledgeable & works very hard with me, teaching me new techniques that I can use in my everyday life to help me along my journey. With Laura's help, I have been able to open up & talk to her, my family, friends & coworkers about my past & things that are going on in my life now. Laura has helped me to get my life back, she has taught me not to be afraid & that's its ok to trust people. Laura is there when I need her. But most importantly, Laura has taught me that scars remind us of where we've been, they don't have to dictate where we are going.
